Great character piece
Bought it as a gift for my dad who collects old tools. He loved the iron details and the wear on the wood. Lid fits a touch loose but that's age.
Heavier and older than expected
Carved from a single block, you can feel the density. Mine has a small crack near the rim from age that the listing mentioned. Fits my rustic shelf perfectly.
