We ship across the United States. Small and medium items typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch; larger furniture pieces may take 1–3 weeks depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Smaller ceramics and home goods ship at an affordable rate, while large vintage furniture is quoted individually so your piece is packed and delivered safely.
3. Are your items really one-of-a-kind?
Many are. Our handmade pottery carries the natural variation of the maker's hand, and our vintage furniture and finds are sourced individually — so slight differences in color, glaze, grain, or patina are part of the wabi-sabi character, not flaws. Where a piece is vintage, we note its condition in the description.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Because vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces are sold as described, please review the photos and measurements carefully before ordering — reach out anytime and we'll happily send more detail. Any custom or final-sale items are clearly noted on their product page.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, email us at hello@ivoryshome.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships; once a piece is on its way, we'll help you arrange a return instead.
6. How should I care for handmade pottery and natural materials?
Most of our stoneware is durable for everyday use — hand washing is gentlest, and we recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes. Treat solid wood with occasional natural oil, and keep stone and woven pieces out of prolonged direct moisture to preserve their texture for years to come.
