Sizing ran a bit short
Mine came closer to 48 inches than 52, so measure your space against the range. The character of the elm is excellent and it feels built to outlast me.
Beautiful weathered wood
Decades of wear show in the best way. Took two of us to move it. One end has an old crack that's stable but visible, fitting for a reclaimed piece.
Entryway bench with real presence
The elm slab has surface marks and grain that you simply cannot fake. It's heavy, which means it stays put when we sit to pull on boots. Around 50 inches, fit our hall.
